OnlyTopSites.com hosted lists cannot contain, or contain links to, any of the following: hate propaganda, anything illegal, mail fraud, pyramid schemes, or insults to other persons or companies, software pirating (Warez, Cracking, Etc.) hacking, phreaking, displays of violence (this does not include video games, computer games or sports like wrestling, boxing, etc.), abusive content or content which endorses or threatens physical harm, unauthorized MP3s or roms.

OnlyTopSites.com hosted pages cannot contain, or contain links to pornography. We will provide a link to an adults only listing service soon.

OnlyTopSites.com services may only be used for lawful purposes. List owners may not send email, through the ‘email members’ option within the admin section, to any person who does not wish to receive it. If a recipient asks to stop receiving email, the list owner must not send that person any further email.

Transmission or solicitation of any material that violates Canadian Federal, Provincial or other laws that may apply in this jurisdiction or your local area is prohibited. This may include material that is threatening, harassing, libelous, or in any way a violation of intellectual property laws.

List owners agree that they are responsible for the sites within their list. List owners must review their lists periodically to ensure that any of its member's sites do not conflict with the terms listed here.

MEMBER agrees to use their OnlyTopSites.com account in a way that conforms with all applicable laws and regulations.

If member violates these terms and conditions or uses OnlyTopSites.com pages for anything illegal, OnlyTopSites.com reserves the right to contact the members ISP, web host and the authorities.

OnlyTopSites.com has the right to remove any page it determines, in its sole judgment, has violated these conditions.

OnlyTopSites.com reserves the right to delete any page it deems unacceptable for any reason without prior notice.
